LuxeDetroit ("we," "us," "our") provides luxury airport car service across Metro Detroit. This policy explains what information we collect through luxedetroit.com and the installable LuxeDetroit web app, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to give you a quote, confirm a booking, and get you where you're going.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you submit a contact or quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and trip details such as pickup location, destination, date, time, and number of passengers. If you call, text, or email us, we keep a record of that conversation so we can serve you.
App booking and accounts. The app displays our reservation portal for booking, account sign-in, and My Rides. Information entered inside those forms is processed by the reservation provider. The app can keep its embedded views open as you move between tabs. The app uses an encrypted, secure cookie to remember the reservation session for up to seven days, subject to earlier provider expiry. Our service remembers the connection to that session; the reservation provider verifies account access in the embedded browser view. The saved connection is not a separate authenticated LuxeDetroit account. Passwords stay inside the reservation provider's sign-in form; our session-restoration service does not receive them. We do not copy reservation details or payment information into the app's offline cache or maintain a separate rides database for these embedded views.
Earlier custom testing versions. Earlier previews offered custom trip searches and a separate My Rides sign-in. Those services forwarded trip searches and sign-in requests to the reservation provider. Passwords were not saved or logged. The My Rides service used encrypted server sessions and a secure browser cookie to retrieve authorized rides, without a separate rides database. Any remaining sessions follow the retention limits below.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and booking providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and requested pages to deliver and protect their services.
What we do not collect. We do not collect payment card details on luxedetroit.com. Payments are handled by our secure payment processor (see "Third-Party Services" below). We never see or store your card information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your quote requests and questions
- Confirm, fulfill, and follow up on reservations
- Contact you about your trip, including pickup details and schedule changes
- Improve our website and services using aggregate analytics
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Third-Party Services
Limo Anywhere — reservations and accounts. Our embedded booking form and customer account pages are provided by Limo Anywhere at book.mylimobiz.com. Reservation information and payment processing within that system are handled through its services and payment providers. LuxeDetroit receives the trip and contact information needed to provide your ride; we do not store your payment card data. Read the Limo Anywhere privacy policy.
Web3Forms — contact and quote requests. When you submit a website contact or quote form, Web3Forms processes the information you enter and delivers your request to our team. Read the Web3Forms privacy policy.
hCaptcha — form verification. We use hCaptcha to help protect contact and quote forms from automated spam. When you open a quote form or visit our contact page, hCaptcha may process technical and interaction information for verification. Read the hCaptcha privacy policy.
Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and security. Cloudflare helps host, deliver, and protect this website and stores the app’s encrypted reservation-session connection cookie. Earlier custom testing versions also used Cloudflare for trip searches, My Rides requests, and encrypted account sessions. It may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to operate these services. Read the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Website typography. We serve the fonts used on our website directly from LuxeDetroit. Embedded reservation and verification services may load their own resources under their privacy policies above.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Our embedded reservation provider uses cookies and browser storage for account and booking functionality and determines when its sessions expire. The app stores an encrypted reservation-session connection in a first-party cookie marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite. Its seven-day maximum is not a guarantee that the provider will keep you signed in for seven days. Use Log out inside the reservation account when finished, particularly on a shared device. Clearing LuxeDetroit website data in your browser or device settings removes the app’s remembered connection. The connection alone does not authorize access to your reservation account. Earlier custom My Rides previews also used a secure app cookie with a seven-day maximum lifetime, subject to earlier provider expiry. You can block or delete website data through your browser settings; some account and booking features may then be unavailable.
App Offline Storage
The app saves public interface files and help content on your device so that basic help remains available when you lose your internet connection. This offline feature does not save your reservation details, account credentials, or payment information. Booking and account access require an internet connection. You can remove locally stored website data through your browser or device settings.
If you choose “Not now” in the installation instructions, the app saves a local preference to pause automatic reminders for seven days. “Remind me next time” allows the reminder on your next eligible visit or page refresh. This preference stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Data Retention
Encrypted sessions from earlier custom My Rides previews expire after seven days at the latest and are removed from the active session database on sign-out, detected expiry, or the next hourly cleanup. Provider sessions can end sooner. Login protection uses keyed, non-readable identifiers for usernames and network addresses with 15-minute counters, removed by hourly cleanup after expiry. Hosting-provider recovery backups may retain encrypted records according to their recovery window.
We keep quote and booking records only as long as we need them to provide service, handle follow-up questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it

Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and identify material changes when we notify you. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
