Planning an airport pickup
Have your airline, flight number, passenger count, and luggage details ready when booking. Check your reservation confirmation for pickup instructions.
Changing your reservation
Open My Rides to access your account, or call us to discuss your changes. For time-sensitive changes, please call.
When a price is unavailable
Request a quote with your pickup, destination, date, time, and passenger count. Your ride is booked once you receive a reservation confirmation.

- Open this page in Safari.
- Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. You may need to scroll through the menu.

- Tap Install LuxeDetroit if it appears, or open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
- Follow the instructions, then open LuxeDetroit from your home screen.
